Memorial Day Picnic

End of Semester Weekend

June 1-2 @ SDA Church & Serra Park

To end the semester and kick off the summer, we will be hosting a banquet the evening of June 1st and a park day following church on June 2nd. Mark off your calendars and keep an eye out for more details.

Summer Youth Retreat

July 22-24 @ Kings Canyon National Park

We will have our first Youth Retreat this summer. Youth and Parents of Youth, please save the date and stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.

Logos Bible Study - Large Group Sharing

May 15 @ SDA Church

We will be having our last Logos Large Group gathering for the school year. All are invited to join for a time of large group sharing.

Harvest and Hospitality - Worship Equipping

May 19 @ SDA Church

This time is primarily for those who serve in support of Sunday service, but all members are invited to attend. 2nd hour activity for children available.

Cornerstone Sunday Equipping

May 26 @ SDA Church

All Cornerstone servants are encouraged to join this equipping time as Elder Ted will continue our series on Gospel shepherding in the home. 2nd hour activity for children available.

New Visitor Gift

If you are a new visitor today, we have a small gift as our appreciation for visiting the church. For those with children we also have a book gift for them as well, so please stop by the welcome table after service to pick it up.

Counseling & Prayer

If you would like to speak with someone for counsel and prayer, or if you are new to LBCSJ and have questions about our church, please look for someone on our Member Care team – who will be wearing a name tag – after service and they will be happy to speak with you. If you are attending virtually, please contact us using the Contact form on our website (lbcsj.com/contact-us), and someone will get back to you.

Offering/Giving

We are using a platform called Givelify – www.givelify.com for online giving (instructions/FAQ are on the LBCSJ website). Checks (no cash) can be mailed to the following address: 5273 Prospect Rd.  #161 San Jose, CA 95129.
